What is Pro membership?
The Audilus Pro Membership allows you to download any music track in our catalog to preview the music with their projects.
Other membership includes perks:
- A 10% Discount on licenses
- Free music searches
- Content strategy Sessions
- Digital and social sharing can be added.
Is the Pro Membership a subscription?
No. The Audilus Pro Membership is not a music licensing subscription. It does not grant the license to commercially distribute your production with our music.
Can I distribute the music that I download?
Any use of our artists' music found on Audilus without a license or the proper license is strictly prohibited. The Pro Membership grants you the right to download, audition the track and share with colleagues, in-house. An internal use license. Social sharing may be added to your subscription.
What is an internal use license?
Internal licenses refer to licenses for organizations that are using the media project for their employees i.e. training, employee training, etc... Any uses outside of this require a license.
Internal use licenses granted with the Pro Membership expire each year. You must maintain a Pro Membership to continue to use the media project containing the music covered by the license.
Can I edit the music to fit my project?
You can edit the song to fit your project, as long as the overall intent and character of the track remain unchanged. Remixing or adding additional musical elements to a track for sync use requires permission from Audilus.
Bottom line:
By opting in to the Pro Membership, you agree to the following terms:
- You are granted access to download high-resolution music tracks from our platform.
- You may preview these tracks with your project for internal use.
- Each downloaded track comes with a temporary internal use license.
- This license permits you to present your project, including the licensed track(s), to an audience of up to 30 people.
- Any use beyond these terms, including public distribution or broadcast, requires a separate license agreement.
- Your Pro Membership and associated rights are non-transferable.
- Additional licenses can be added to your pro membership.
- Audilus, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pro Membership terms with notice.

Pro Membership Opt-In Agreement
By opting in to the Pro Membership of Audilus, Inc music licensing platform, audilus.com, you ("User") agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Membership Access:
1.1. Pro Membership grants User access to download high-resolution music tracks from the platform.
1.2. Access is subject to maintaining an active subscription and adhering to these terms. - Download and Preview Rights:
2.1. User may download and store tracks on their devices for the purpose of previewing with their projects.
2.2. Previewing is permitted for internal use and client presentations only. - Temporary Internal Use License:
3.1. Each downloaded track includes a temporary internal use license.
3.2. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
3.3. The license remains active for the duration of the User's Pro Membership subscription. - Presentation Rights:
4.1. User may present projects incorporating licensed tracks to an audience of up to 30 people.
4.2. Presentations must be for non-commercial purposes (e.g., client pitches, internal reviews).
4.3. User must not distribute copies of the tracks or projects containing the tracks to the audience. - Restrictions:
5.1. Public distribution, broadcast, or use in final commercial products is not permitted under this license.
5.2. Additional licensing is required for uses beyond the scope of this agreement. - Intellectual Property:
6.1. All rights, title, and interest in the music tracks remain with Audilus, Inc. or its licensors.
6.2. User agrees not to claim ownership or copyright of the licensed tracks. - Term and Termination:
7.1. This agreement is effective upon User's opt-in and continues for the duration of the Pro Membership.
7.2. Audilus, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the agreement for breach of terms. - Modifications:
8.1. Audilus, Inc. may modify these terms with 30 days' notice to User.
8.2. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of new terms. - Limitation of Liability:
9.1. Audilus, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the licensed tracks. - Governing Law:
10.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State Of California, United States of America. - Pro Member Discounts:
11.1. Pro Members are eligible for discounts on all licenses purchased through the platform.
11.2. For the first six (6) months of Pro Membership, members receive a 25% discount on all license purchases.
11.3. After the initial six-month period, Pro Members receive a 15% discount on all license purchases for the duration of their active membership.
11.4. Discounts apply to the standard pricing of licenses at the time of purchase.
11.5. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
11.6. Audilus, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount program with 30 days' notice to Pro Members.
