What's the difference between Pro Account and Starter?
Pro Account gives you access to our production music catalogs—great for indie filmmakers, content creators, and emerging studios. Starter unlocks our full catalog including Spider Cues (30,000+ tracks with 250,000+ historical broadcast placements), dedicated support, and higher volume.
What counts as a "licensed use"?
A licensed use is one track placed in one project. If you use the same track in two different videos, that's two uses. Downloads for preview and pitching don't count against your limit.
What if I need more licenses than my plan allows?
You can purchase additional sync licenses à la carte at any time, starting at $500 per track. If you're consistently exceeding your cap, we'll work with you to create a custom plan that suits your needs.
What rights are included?
All licenses include synchronization rights for the specified platforms and territories. E&O insurance documentation is available upon request. Need broader rights? We offer territory extensions, platform additions, and exclusivity options.
Can I try before committing to annual billing?
Pro Account requires annual commitment to ensure we're working with serious creators. However, you can license individual tracks first to experience our catalog and service quality before subscribing.
